Whether you’re just beginning your entrepreneurial journey or exploring how to formally structure your nursing business, this session will provide a practical overview of the incorporation process. The presentation will cover key entity options (such as LLCs and corporations), the tax advantages and disadvantages of different business structures, and important considerations when choosing where to register your business, including registering in your home state versus another state. Participants will also learn the basic steps required to set up a business entity and explore options for converting an entity later if their business needs change.
