During this program, the available tools for assessing preterm labor (PTL) including clinical evaluation, ultrasound and laboratory testing using fetal fibronectin (fFN) will be reviewed. Additionally, the importance of a standardized PTL protocol, as well as optimal timing of antenatal corticosteroids (ACS) based on PTL assessment will be discussed.
