This session entitled Finding Your Voice: Engaging Confidently to Improve Health Outcomes is the first session in the new AWHONN Webinar Series: Conversations on Caring in Reproductive Health Nursing. With this first session we invite you to find your inner voice. In this context, you will gain knowledge and tools to help you engage confidently and compassionately in uncomfortable conversations. With this knowledge, you will be able to enhance your respectful communication skills and address issues related to health inequities when you witness it. We will discuss practical interventions to proactively improve communication aimed at optimizing health outcomes for women, those seeking reproductive healthcare, and newborns.
