- Discuss several ways racial disparities can be eliminated to help improve the quality of care provided to diverse patients.

- Define human trafficking and exploitation.
- Discuss the myths and misconceptions surrounding trafficking and its victims.
- Identify potential victims of trafficking by learning and understanding red flags victim’s often present.

10:35-11:35 AM: Co-mothering Syracuse: Achieving Health Equity Through the Advancement of Community-led Models of Care in Maternal Health

- Certificates of attendance awarded upon receipt of completed program evaluation form. Registrants must attend the entire day as no partial CEU’s will be awarded.
- This activity has been submitted to Northeast Multistate Division (NE-MSD) for approval to award contact hours. Northeast Multistate Division (NE-MSD) is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
