Join us to learn more about two of AWHONN’s neonatal programs. First, we’ll highlight updates to our Neonatal Orientation and Education Program. This comprehensive program helps to ensure consistent, evidenced-based education for your neonatal nursing staff. Launching in April 2026, the updated NOEP delivers a refreshed, more efficient learning experience designed to help your neonatal nurses stay current, confident, and ready to provide high-quality care for newborns.

We’ll also introduce AWHONN’s Newborn Warning Signs (NBWS) program, which was developed to help improve newborn discharge education about warning signs in newborns and to provide parents and caregivers with guidance about when and where to seek care. The NBWS parent handout, a validated, patient-facing educational tool, helps parents recognize and respond to warning signs in their newborns.
